Ordering online
All our products are listed on this website. By pressing the "add to cart" button, that can be found with each product, you can add products to your shopping cart. When you have added all the products that you want to purchase to your shopping cart, you may press the "checkout" button to complete the purchase. You can enter your information, including your desired method of payment, during the check out process.
If you do not feel comfortable using our shopping cart, you can email your order to orders@aa-ok.com. If you email your order to us, the email should include the part numbers of the products that you wish to order and your payment information. The part number of a product is listed in front of the name of the product on the product pages of this website.

Be sure to have the part numbers ready of the products that you wish to order and your payment information. Ordering by fax

Credit card online
The easiest way of ordering products from us is through our online shopping cart. One of the payment options of the shopping cart's checkout process is to enter your credit card information on an online form. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Credit card by phone or fax
Alternatively, after placing your order, you may call us or fax us your credit card information. From within the U.S. you may call (702) 988-0952. International customers may call +1-702-988-0952. Our U.S. customers may use (702) 988-0954 to fax us their credit card information. International customers may fax their credit card information to +1-702-988-0954. Be sure to include your credit card number, expiration date, name, address and phone number.
Check or money order by mail
You may also send us your payment by mail. Please make all payments to AA-OK.Valid methods of payment by mail are: money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks. For your own safety, please do not send cash. When paying with a personal check, your order may be delayed for up to 14 days for the check to clear.

Shipping
Shipping price
Our shipping rates can be found here. Our online shopping cart automatically calculates the shipping price for you. When an order is made by mail or fax, you can use our shipping rates table to look up the price of shipping.
Shipping method
All orders are shipped by ground shipping. Lightweight orders are usually shipped with the U.S. Postal Services. Heavier orders are normally shipped with Fedex. Occasionally, UPS or Airborne Express may be used.
Damaged shipments
We will carefully package our products. If the shipment shows external damage, contact the shipper and follow their instructions. We will assist if needed.

General Company Terms
We normally can ship orders from our well stocked warehouse same or next day of receipt. However, we only accept orders with the buyers understanding of an unspecified delivery time and the buyers waiver of an exact delivery date.
We will advise you on any backordered item and will refund or exchange immediately upon your request or hold your order pending receipt of goods - your choice.
Prices and product descriptions are subject to change without notice. No warranties express or implied other than original manufactures guarantees. We do not accept responsibility for the accuracy of the information contained in any publication we distribute. You enter into a commercial contract when we accept your order. The Uniform Commercial Code governs on all transactions.

No Unauthorized Exchanges Or Returns!
Returns
If shipment mistake is our fault a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from our Customer Service department is required prior to the return of goods for exchange or adjustments. Also please include a copy of your invoice when returning any item for adjustment. Returns are to be sent with shipping prepaid to our warehouse address supplied with the RAN.
Returns sent C.O.D. and/or without Return Authorization Number marked on the outside of the parcel will be refused or discarded. Returns will be adjusted with an exchange, credit, or refund and may be subject to a restocking fee!

Store - Warehouse
Sorry - We do not have a retail store and our warehouses are not open to the public. No Will Call orders are accepted.

Is there a number I can call to get Technical Support?
No. You must email your questions to tech@aa-ok.com
Is there a number to get directly to your warehouse staff?
No. Our staff are not able to speak on the phone for a number of reasons but you can get a message to them throught the Order Line.
Is there a number where I can get a hold of your management?
No. We would like you to email your questions or concerns. If we need to set aside time to help you we will telephone you. If it is urgent - leave a message with the order line. They are able to send these messages to us instantly and we will get back to you at our first available moment. orders@aa-ok.com
Other FAQ
Is the item in stock?
Yes. If it isn't we will contact you. Our website is maintained everyday and the shopping cart is designed to remove the item once it is no longer in stock.
Where is my order?
In process. If you have an order number then we have the order and we are working on it. Don't call the order line to check on it just email us if you want more specifics. orders@aa-ok.com --- If you mailed the order please allow 4 weeks for us to receive it. This is an extremely slow method to get an order to us.
I want to talk to someone about my order, what do I do?
If you must talk to someone call the order line and leave a message we will get back to you. We no longer have a line ringing directly to our warehouse.
I want to return an item what do I do?
We do not accept returns. No refunds are given. Exchanges are possible and are considered on a case by case basis. Email us for an RMA Number. orders@aa-ok.com
I want to pay with PayPal is that possible?
No. In the US, PayPal does not approve of the trade of Gun Parts. If you send a PayPal payment they may seize the funds and close our account. If you have a PayPal debit card/credit card you can use that as a normal credit card and it will draw from your PayPal balance or from your credit account and you can pay that way.
I do not live in the US can I place an order/can you ship to me?
