AAOK is proud to offer the latest addition to it's line of high performance Motor Heads and Cases for H-D.   1986 - 1990 4-Speed EVO SPORTSTER CASES.  Like the entire AAOK product line, our USA made replacement SPORTSTER CASE combines the highest quality 356T6 "A" prime alloy and precision CNC milling to produce the strongest high performance Motor Cases available anywhere for Harley-Davidson Motors.

    SPORTSTER CASE features:

  • 46,000 lb. Tensile Strength. Nearly double stock factory Cases!
    (356T6 "A" Prime Aluminum)
     
  • .100" Wider than stock cases
    giving case greater surface area
    for improved gasket sealing and
    far more strength.
     
  • Built-in Windage tray and double
    flywheel scrapers reduce oil drag
    on flywheels for increased horse-
    power.
     

 

  • 6 Bolt / Line Bored Tranny Trap Door
  • Run either a wet or dry primary drive
