Under current Federal law no restrictions are placed on interstate - intrastate purchase and shipping of the gun parts or accessories being offered for sale in this catalog. These items can be sold & shipped in the U.S. to anyone, any age, any address - however, some State and/or local laws that we are not aware of MAY apply! It is the purchaser's responsibility to check on this before ordering. NOTE! NFA & SEMI-AUTO ASSAULT WEAPONS CAN ONLY BE LEGALLY MANUFACTURED, ASSEMBLED, TRANSFERRED, OR POSSESSED IN THE U.S.A. BY A PERSON’S STRICT COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL, STATE, FEDERAL AND CONSTITUTIONAL LAWS. AA-OK's STATED POLICY: ANY VERBAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION YOU MAY OBTAIN DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM ANYONE ASSOCIATED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY WITH AA-OK IS ONLY GIVEN WITH THE EXPLICIT UNDERSTANDING THAT BOTH PARTIES HAVE THE UNDERLING INTENT TO COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS (THIS IN SPITE OF HOW ARTFULLY THE WORDING OF SAID CONVERSATIONS OR CORRESPONDENCE MAY BE STATED). THE GUN PARTS AA-OK OFFERS FOR SALE ARE ONLY OFFERED IN A MANNER AND CONDITION CONSISTENT WITH CONSTITUTIONAL, FEDERAL, AND STATE LAWS AND SHOULD ONLY BE PURCHASED BY PERSONS, DEPARTMENTS, AGENCIES, AND FFL HOLDERS INTENDING TO COMPLY COMPLETELY WITH ALL LAWS, RULES AND REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO THE POSSESSION OF FIREARMS AND FIREARM PARTS, AND WHO ALSO INTEND TO USE SAID PARTS FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING AND - OR OTHER LEGAL PURPOSES:
NOTE! Federal Law (922r GCA) states in part that “It shall be unlawful for any person to assemble from imported parts any semiautomatic rifle...which is identical to any rifle...prohibited from importation under section 925(d)(3)...as not being particularly suitable for or readily adaptable to sporting purposes...”. The NRA & others contends that this section means that ALL the parts in the assembled rifle must be imported! But more important is the undisputed fact that neither congress or BATFE has ever established or published for the public a fixed legal definition of what is “sporting purposes” - Nor have they ever established or published for the public a fixed ascertainable standard as to what configuration of a semi -automatic rifle is legal or not legal to import or assemble pursuant to the above cited Federal statute!
