Under current Federal law no restrictions are placed on interstate - intrastate purchase and shipping of the gun parts or accessories being offered for sale in this catalog. These items can be sold & shipped in the U.S. to anyone, any age, any address - however, some State and/or local laws that we are not aware of MAY apply! 9. POSSESSION BY, or SALE TO DOMESTIC OR FOREIGN GOVERNMENT ENTITIES.

10. POSSESSION OF NON CONTROLLED PARTS FOR FUTURE USE IN LEGALLY MAKING A FIREARM IN ANTICIPATION OF CHANGE OF LAWS BY LEGISLATION OR COURT RULINGS.

11. FABRICATION OF NON NFA WEAPONS.

12. MAKING OF A WEAPON BY A LICENSED MANUFACTURE.

NOTE! Federal Law (922r GCA) states in part that “It shall be unlawful for any person to assemble from imported parts any semiautomatic rifle...which is identical to any rifle...prohibited from importation under section 925(d)(3)...as not being particularly suitable for or readily adaptable to sporting purposes...”.

The NRA & others contends that this section means that ALL the parts in the assembled rifle must be imported! But more important is the undisputed fact that neither congress or BATFE has ever established or published for the public a fixed legal definition of what is “sporting purposes” - Nor have they ever established or published for the public a fixed ascertainable standard as to what configuration of a semi -automatic rifle is legal or not legal to import or assemble pursuant to the above cited Federal statute!
