| The following CASE SETS are a great start in building a replica bike or restoration. These New "Generator" MOTOR CASE SETS are precision CNC milled in the USA and made to look like HD factory Motor Cases. They are manufactured using the highest quality 356T6 "A" prime aluminum alloy giving 46,000 lb. Tensile Strength (compared to factory stock cases at 27,000 to 36,000 lb.) producing the strongest high performance Motor Cases available anywhere for Harley-Davidson Motors. CASES come complete as shown with Cylinder Studs, Case Studs, Cam Chest Drive & Idler Gear Shafts with Bushings, Oil Pump Shaft Bushing, Inner Cam Bushing (or Needle Bearing), Case Races, Etc. We recently found a few of these original NEW IN THE WRAP 1940s H-D factory manufactured spiral hand reamers. Wrapped in Army cosmoline so they are as bright & sharp as the day they left the factory 60+ years ago. After you press in a new bronze bushing into the main drive gear of your Big Twin 3 or 4 speed transmission you need to finish the job by running thru this chatter free reamer for the final fit & finish. This tool works on Big Twin transmissions used in 1931 thru 1936 "V" models, 1937 thru 1948 "U" models, and 1936-1984 OHV 61-74-80 models. Original H-D part #12732-31 and #94825-31.
